Corporate Sponsorship Information - Strides for Spencer 2018
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our Spring 2018 fundraiser, the 4th annual Strides for Spencer. The fundraiser will be held at the Gilman School on May 20, 2018 and will feature a 2-mile family run/walk through Gilman’s campus, a kids’ obstacle course and fun-run, raffles, a bake sale, face-painting, and other exciting events. Based on past races, we expect between 200-300 participants, with additional participation for out-of-town racers via a virtual-race capability.
This year, we have the following options for corporate sponsorship:
1.Premier Race Sponsor - $1,000
(Corporate name/logo will be featured on SGF website, race announcements, race-day signs, and race t-shirts as the “Official Host” of Strides for Spencer; also 5 free complementary tickets will be provided)
2.Gold Sponsor - $500
(Corporate name/logo will appear on race-day signs and race t-shirts, and corporate name will be announced as “Official Sponsor” of the kids’ fun-run and obstacle course)
3.Grey Sponsor - $250
(Corporate name/logo will appear on race-day t-shirts)
Please fill out the attached information sheet and send it back to The Spencer Grace Foundation via mail or email no later than April 27, 2018.
Please make check payable to: The Spencer Grace Foundation, Inc., 334 Broadmoor Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21212. You may also pay using a credit card via PayPal.
Please email your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have sponsored in the past, we have your logo on file. If there are any changes, please send the updated logo. All logos must be received no later than April 27, 2018. Official invoice for tax purposes will be provided upon receipt of this form.
